Everyone enjoys
receiving praise. A message that praises the receiver for an accomplishment or
an achievement is referred to as a message of congratulations. Congratulatory
messages are sent both to individuals and to organizations. You may send a
congratulatory message to an individual for a personal event, such as a birthday,
an engagement, a marriage, etc. A business firm could receive a message of
congratulations for expansion of its company, relocation to a new building,
introduction of a new product or celebration of an anniversary.
